We want you to love your Auraanix purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, here's what you can do:

Returns

• Items can be returned within 7 days of delivery.
• Products must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags attached.
• Customised/personalised items are non-returnable.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

• Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchange

We offer free size exchanges within 7 days of delivery, subject to stock availability.
